    Finding Your AVC User ID

    Every AVC user is identified by a unique AVC User ID.

    You can find out what your own AVC User ID is by following these steps:

    (1) At the Main Menu, press 3 for Profile.

    (2) Your AVC User ID is shown on the top-left corner of the Profile screen.

    Let your friends know your AVC User ID so that they can visit your portal to view your blogs and to send you private messages.

    AVC service is currently available for access in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia.

    Malaysia:

    Maxis 3G users may access AVC service by making video call to *32898.

    Usage fee: 30 cents (RM0.30) per minute.

    Local helpdesk: (+60) 017 2440 954

    Singapore:

    M1, StarHub or SingTel Mobile 3G users may access AVC service by making video call to 1900-914-8221.

    Usage fee: 50 cents (S$0.50) per call regardless of call duration.

    Indonesia:

    Telkomsel 3G users may access AVC service by making video call to 9229.

    Usage fee: RP 500 per minute.

    By joining AVC, you agree to our terms of use as follows:

  • Users are prohibited from posting videos that are unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane.

  • Nano Equipment Pte Ltd has the right to remove or move any member-generated content for any reason, without notice. We have the right to suspend or bar your access to the AVC service for violation of the above rules.

  • By using AVC to record video profiles and blogs, you grant Nano Equipment Pte Ltd a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the content.

    • Please note that:

  • Exchanges of personal contact details with other AVC users are at your own discretions. Do exercise caution when meeting new friends from AVC.

  • Subscribers of Caller Number Non-Display are not able to use the service.

    • Please contact our local Help Desks should you have any concerns or feedback.

    AVC (Asia Video Club) is a mobile social-networking & infotainment video portal service.

    All you need is a 3G video phone to use the service. Video blogging, chatting and surfing are so convenient with AVC. Enjoy the following features anywhere any time:

    • All it takes is a simple 3G video call to access the service. No Internet connection or browser are required.

    How to join AVC?

    Just make a 3G video call to the local service access number.

    Your personal User Portal will be created automatically upon your first call and a unique AVC User ID will be assigned to you. After call connection, use the keypad to navigate.

    TIPS: press the * key to go back to the Main Menu at any stage. To go back to the previous menu press the # key.
