Now you can record and publish your AVC video blog and video profile directly onto Youtube! After you have recorded a video using AVC, just choose the ‘Save to Youtube’ option and your video will appear on Youtube at http://www.youtube.com/asiavideoclub within 15 minutes. There is no uploading required so it is really simple and sweet.

Once on Youtube, you can easily link your video to your web blog, Facebook, Friendster, etc.

Below is an example from AVC User 100015:

To find another AVC user’s portal, you must already know his or her AVC User ID.

At the Main Menu, press 2 to open the Private Message Menu.

At the Private Message Menu, press 2 for ‘Find’.

Enter the AVC User ID followed by #. Note that for some Windows Mobile phones, you may need to select ’send DTMF’ to send # as DTMF key.

After that, the user portal you are finding should open.

Before you make your video call, please make sure that your 3G phone is connected to a 3G network.

Some 3G phones has a hard button for initiating video call (e.g. Motorola V3x). To make a video call, enter the local access number and simply press the video call button:

For other 3G phones such as most Nokia and Sony Ericsson models:

(1) Enter the local access number
(2) Select Options
(3) Select Video Call

For most Windows Mobile phones:

(1) Enter the local access number
(2) Open up Menu
(3) Select Video Call

When you choose to record a private message, Profile Video, or blog, the recording will start when you see the ‘recording in progress’ message on screen.

To stop the recording, press 1.

The maximum duration per recording is 3 minutes.

You may review your recording before you decide to delete, save/send it.

The Save-to-Youtube option is available for Profile Video and blogs. If you choose the option, your recording will appear on Youtube at http://www.youtube.com/asiavideoclub after approximately 15 minutes.

Every AVC user is identified by a unique AVC User ID.

You can find out what your own AVC User ID is by following these steps:

(1) At the Main Menu, press 3 for Profile.

(2) Your AVC User ID is shown on the top-left corner of the Profile screen.

Let your friends know your AVC User ID so that they can visit your portal to view your blogs and to send you private messages.
