    On this coming Sunday, 16th November 2008, Delcie’s Desserts will being going vegetarian at Food#03.

    If you’re wondering which vegetables will be able to give you proteins and how going vegetarian can benefit your health, join us in our amazing journey of discovery on the vegetarian diet this Sunday as we invited our guest speaker, Wan Lai Fun, to give a talk at 3.00pm on the basics and principles of the healthy vegetarian diet. Join us in our amazing journey of discovery on the vegetarian diet.

    If you are a vegetarian or you are thinking to convert to a vegetarian, come down to Food #03 this Sunday to experience vegetarian cooking and dishes whipped out from Food#03 very own kitchen.

    I’ve tried their vegetarian food myself and I must say that you’ll be amazed how vegetarian dishes can be so tasty and healthy at the same time.

    About the Guest Speaker:

    Lai Fun is a certified nutritionist in Healthy Eating Principles where she provides dietary counseling and nutritional management to people with health concerns. With a professional certification in New South Wales, she has been in the field of holistic nutrition for the past 6 years. She also conducts company talks, road shows and participated in the health symposium on nutrition, body immunity and diet-related topics.

    Food #03 is set up by a coterie of young experimental artists interested to change the world, the vegetarian cafe is named after one of the owner’s art projects.
